Based on Lilly’s clinical trial experience, the following roles should be considered to ensure the safest care environment for patients receiving bamlanivimab antibody infusion. Infusion sites of care should have appropriately trained medical staff to administer infusion treatments and identify and manage potential adverse reactions. It is recommended that participants who experience a systemic hypersensitivity reaction be treated per the local standard of care.
